American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET), a leading provider of geotechnical, environmental, and forensic engineering; materials engineering and testing, petrography/chemistry services, and building sciences, announces new appointments to its senior leadership team, demonstrating its dedication to growth and client engagement.
AET’s leadership structure evolution, effective November 1, 2023, includes the following changes:
- Dave Rettner, currently serving as AET President and Chief Operating Officer, will transition to the inaugural role of Chief Growth Officer. As Chief Growth Officer, Dave will lead AET’s client engagement and growth strategies while continuing to serve as President, overseeing quality, innovation and business development.
- Kate Marcotte, AET Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of COO, leading Operations and Safety, while maintaining her responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- Dan Larson, will continue in his current capacity as Chief Executive Officer, guiding AET’s overall vision and business strategy.
