Five members of the AET environmental team have received their Asbestos and/or Lead Certifications for locations across the United States, they are:
MN Lead Risk Assessor
Tanner is an environmental technician within our environmental services group. As a part of the environmental services group, Tanner provides support and testing for Air Emissions projects for industrial and agricultural clients. He specializes in environmental sampling for a wide variety of projects providing a wide variety of air, soil, vapor and water sampling for his clients.
IA Lead Risk Assessor
Bruce is a Senior Environmental Project Manager in our environmental services group. He specializes in Asbestos, Lead and Industrial Hygiene. Bruce supervises, conducts and manages various projects with a focus on testing building materials for asbestos or lead content. He also provides air testing for various chemicals in ambient air as well as for mold and bacteria. Bruce is additionally certified as a Lead Building and Risk Assessor in MN and WI. Bruce is also is a certified Asbestos Inspector and Asbestos Management Planner in MN, SD, IA and WI, and holds Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor and Asbestos Abatement Project Designer Certifications for MN.
MN Lead Risk Assessor, IA Lead Risk Assessor, CO Asbestos Inspector
Tyler is a geologist within our environmental services group and is based out of our Mankato, MN office. He provides his clients with laboratory results interpretation and reporting and often works with a variety of regulatory agencies such as Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA). Tyler also performs property investigations such as Phase I and II environmental site assessments with respect to agricultural, petroleum and hazardous materials. Alongside now being a Minnesota and Iowa Lead Risk Assessor and Colorado Asbestos Inspector, Tyler is also a certified Minnesota Asbestos Inspector.
Jacob Langstaff
MN Lead Risk Assessor/Lead Inspector
Jacob has been with AET since 2015, first as a laboratory technician and then making the move to our environmental services group where he is an environmental technician. Jacob specializes in soil, ground water, asbestos, lead paint and other environmental media sampling in accordance with established protocols. Along with being a certified Minnesota Lead Risk Assessor and Lead Inspector, Jacob is also certified in Minnesota for Asbestos Air Sampling and is both a certified Asbestos Inspector and Asbestos Supervisor.
MN Lead Risk Assessor
Eric has been with AET as a senior scientist and project manager since 2013 in our environmental services group and is based out of our Duluth, MN office. He specializes in commercial development including client relations, accounts management and supervising environmental field testing and monitoring. His experience includes site investigations, soil excavation observations and spill prevention, control and countermeasure (SPPC) plans.
